Following a full redesign by HamburyHird Design of 40,000 sq ft of existing office building our Move Management team managed the relocation of 220 personnel over four phased weekend moves. The space had been allocated to the development of a pilot design scheme in keeping with modern day work-place practices. The space delivered a variety of settings each providing employees with a choice of how, when and where they could work, enabling staff to physically locate themselves where most suitable for the completion of their tasks.
Our Moves Management team worked alongside the clients staff to understand their requirements and help them move into their new working environment. This included a comprehensive filing audit carried out along with advice on the reduction of filing and personal effects to fit into their new agile working environment. Consultations with heads of each department took place over many months leading up to a smooth transition from a fixed desk environment into agile working.
