Princes Square Hotel, London

A complete internal and external refurbishment of  four stucco-fronted town houses in Bayswater, London. Formally a six storey Apart-Hotel, the buildings will undergo a complete internal reorganisation which achieves a total of 55 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The scheme will make provision for a new commercial kitchen, reception, bar and dining area as well as extensions to the rear elevation.  Images below are in-house computer generated images of the concept design.
