Planning permission was secured in 2017 for 80no. new build properties including a variety of different housing types such as one bedroom terraced housing (affordable), two bedroom flats and four bedroom detached houses with garage.  Schematic drawings included assessment and alterations to access ways into the site. Post planning the site was sold to a developer.​
