De Vere Venues - 'Steam Bake & Grill' Restaurants

Following the success of the restaurants that HamburyHird Design had designed for De Vere Venues daytime conferencing facilities, the client appointed us to implement a UK wide roll-out of eight further restaurants into some of their hotels. The fit-out programme for each venue overlapped meaning that the planning of the design, M&E coordination and FF&E were critical for a successful delivery.
