De Vere Venues - Portland Place, London

This former office building on Portland Place was gutted and converted into five floors of a luxury city centre  conferencing facility to include a first floor bar, cafe, reception area, restaurant and a variety of conferencing and meeting rooms. The ground and first floor elevations were refurbished post planning approval.
